Portion
- 2 sweetpotatoes
- 150g grated cheese
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 100g mayonnaise
- 150g yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 40g grated parmesan
- sweet paprika powder
- 3 tbsp oil

Instructions
Étape 1
Peel the sweet potatoes, finely slice them, and lay them out overlapping on oiled baking paper.
Étape 2
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 20–30 minutes.
Étape 3
Meanwhile, season the chicken (salt, pepper, paprika), sear in hot oil (about 4 minutes per side), and slice.

Cut the Romaine lettuce into strips, halve the tomatoes.
Étape 5
For the dressing: mix mayo, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan, salt & pepper. Then toss with the lettuce.
Étape 6
After baking, carefully flip the sweet potato wrap (cheese side down), top with salad, chicken & tomatoes, roll up, and cut in half.
